MCU, Japanese children and adults and they await arrival of Mr. Dulles. Plane bearing Secretary Dulles arrives at Seoul, Korea; plane taxis to standstill. Mr. Dulles disembarks and is greeted by Gen. Lyman L. Lemnitzer, FEC Commander; Foreign Minister Mamoru Shigemitsu and daughter, Lt. Gen. Elmer J. Rogers, Jr, Chief of Staff, Headquarters FEC and others. VS, Mr. Dulles and Gen. Lemnitzer review Honor Guard; move toward rostrum where Mr. Dulles delivers speech to audience. VS, Secretary Dulles enters home of President Syngman Rhee. Ints, Pres. Rhee and Mr. Dulles shaking hands of attending VIPs. VS, demonstration outside President Rhees's home as Korean people chant for Rhee to run for third term as president.
